Re: ‘An introduction to Islam’ at Masjid Tawhid

The course ‘An introduction to Islam’ has to be one of the most informative and insightful I have been on so far. I feel I have gained an invaluable insight into the study of Islam and what it means to the many Muslims in this world.

Holding the course in a Mosque was highly appropriate ad I felt very privileged to have witnessed Muslims in prayer. The Imam was indeed very kind to have let us witness such an important place of worship.

I have shared already what I have learnt with colleagues and friends and I have passed on the details to the Westminster Social and Community Training Department. They have agreed to discuss the possibility of including it in their training calendar. I sincerely hope they do as I believe as many people as possible would benefit from this course, particularly at the moment where fear and ignorance clouds the rational mind with the current political situation.

May I also congratulate you on the fabulous food you sourced out for us. I have not tasted a meal like that since my last trip to India.

A fabulous day of training and I would recommend wholeheartedly that people sign up for it.
